When I was at Circus Circus they had awesome rides. My step son did not even want to go on them they were so fast. Imagine floors and floors of video games and carnival type of games. It was one of the best times in my life.

We had a family reunion at Circus Circus and I just can’t tell you how much fun we had! Although there was nothing special about the rooms themselves, they were very reasonably priced, which is important with a big group of people. There was so many fun things to do right in the hotel. The entire family met every evening at the Circus buffet. The restaurant catered to our large group, reserving tables for us; the food was good, and, as the rooms, priced right. Every day we played in the Adventuredome, which is the “amusement” park, we watched the Circus acts and won prizes at the Midway. What a great place for a family reunion!

We stayed there over the weekend with three school age children. It was awful. Apart from one woman behind the desk and the young man in the business center we found the staff to be rude and unwilling to help. Our linens were dirty and there was garbage in the rooms, upon arrival and was replaced by dirty towels. There was hair all over the bathroom and pizza sauce(we hope)on the bed skirt.The buffet was cold. To top it all off the hall smelled like marijuana. The adventure dome was fun but cost the same whether or not you were a guest. My advice is to pay for a day pass to the amusement park and stay somewhere else.

I hated the customer service they gave me. Rates were not charged to the right account and they were very rude. I will never stay in this hotel again. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and when we got to the room we had no towels. I called the room service and nobody answer so i i went to the front desk to ask for them, and i didn’t get any towels until the next day and i had to ask them for the third time.

This was honestly one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed at. The only reason I booked here was because of the kids. I figured it would be great for keeping the kids busy.
The first room they game me was not even cleaned yet, so I had to go back downstairs after waiting in line for 45 minutes and get another room. I walked right up to the one person who was not helping check people in to get another room. I do believe he gave me a better room, but the second room we got had puke all over the chair sitting in the corner. I put a towel over it until the next morning and they replaced it with another chair. The only 2 people that were acutally nice and polite to us were the lady who cleaned our room, her name was Sallie and a baggage guy named Dominic.
Other than that every other person we delt with was rude. We even had 2 different people tell us they were to busy to help us and we were going to have to find out the information on our own. I have never had a hotel tell me that.
We tried getting a table at the steak house in the hotel and received reservations for 9:00. We were done doing everything and tried going in a little eary 8:30 to see if we could get in early. Another couple showed up after us with a 9:30 reservation, they also wanted to get in early and ended up getting a table but when our hostess came back they did not have a table for us. I did not understand that at all.
The list actually goes on and on and if I could I would give them a rating of “0″
I tried writing a comment card before leaving the hotel but the front desk, the bell desk, and the information desk was all out of comment cards.
That should tell us something when they no longer want to hear the customers comments about their hotel.

We went to Circus Circus this past Friday night for there Buffet It was awful everything was cold the selection sucked and the place just wasnt that clean I wouldnt take my dog there!!!! I was soo disapointed! You get better food at Hometown Buffet!!! I will never eat there again!!!

At our higher school reunion, my best friend Kevin and that i have been speaking. Everybody smiled for that camera. I was surprised to determine that Kevin’s person friends from older batches still looked warm. Eventually, we discovered ourselves expressing tables with 3 of them.
